Homily & Musical Reflection from 12-13-20

There are many voices talking - even shouting - at us these days.  One of them is John the Baptist crying out, "Prepare the way of the Lord!  Make straight the path!"  Are we focusing on the noise these days, or the voice of one shouting in the desert?

 

Also included this week is our annual musical reflection.  Following Fr. John's homily, John Uhal sings a new piece by Matthew West titled The Hope of Christmas.  May it help us find the right voice and allow the Word to become flesh this Christmas!
